I founded R.S. Jolly Consulting after a successful career in the nonprofit sector, where I was among a handful of young activists who fought hate crimes, school bullying, employment discrimination, and racial profiling against Sikh Americans in the post-9/11 environment. Using creative strategies, often against bigger and better-financed opponents, I led successful campaigns to expand federal hate crime tracking and strengthen equal employment laws and policies at the state and federal levels. Outside the nonprofit sector, I have served as associate counsel for a small commercial bank and an anti-money laundering specialist for a digital brokerage firm, and I am currently the principal of the Jolly Law Office PLLC. My expertise in lobbying and communications and interdisciplinary training in law and forensic accounting are a powerful combination, all in one package.
